We had a 7p reservation on Valentine’s Day, ordered drinks, no appetizers. Finished our drinks, ordered another round… some time passed and everyone around us got their food. At 8:15 we still had no dinner. Over an hour since our reservation we didnt get our second drinks or our food. When we asked for the manager, a bartender came to the table and offered to pay for our drinks. No update on the food. Again I asked when our food would come out, “let me check” at this point I told the server we were leaving and not paying for anything. Worst experience. At least be apologetic and handle it with class. But that wasn't the case. Will not be going back

Seemed liked some confusion on a busy Valentine's Day evening. It was difficult to get service in the beginning. Things did get better and we had a nice meal. Hoping to give it another try sometime soon.

The food was delicious as always! Even though it was busy the food came out quickly. Great Valentine’s Day night out!

Overall, we enjoyed our food and service at Bellini’s. There were a few issues we’d like to raise with the management. 1. The booths by the front windows were so chilly, that we had to eat with our coats and hats on. 1. The booths while comfortable for two patrons, are too small for four average adults. 3. They offer no where in the restaurant to hang coats, making the booths even smaller. We asked the serving attendant if there was a place for coats, and she said she would come back, but were not sure she understood us, so we ended up putting our coats on a chair from another table. Not sure we’ll come back again, which is a shame as we liked the food and overall service.

This evening’s special was lobster ravioli and was excellent! Our group of 10 only had one server which slowed service. No second round of drinks was offered.

This was our first time at Bellini. Although the service was good, the food was not. We all ordered Linguine with White Clam Sauce. We have had this dish at multiple restaurants… this was the worst. The pasta was way overcooked and there was a noticeable lack of garlic and seasonings. We wouldn’t have minded paying the steep price for the meal if it was delicious…but unfortunately it was not money well spent. Disappointing NYE dinner ☹️
