This was my sisters Birthday...have used the Beach House for many occasions/celebrations over the years. Unfortunately our server told me ( as I sent Birthday Girl to the reception area)...that i was extremely disappointed....no BH Birthday Card or slice of Birthday cake/candle at the end of the meal .He told me the computers were down. I told him this wasn't his fault I still tipped him 22%

We were a group of 5, who have frequented Beach House over many years. The kitchen couldn't deal with a request for hard boiled egg on a salad Nicoise., which is the traditional way of serving it. First said couldn't do it, then when it came was soft and runny. The kitchen tried again, but same result. There was further delay because "dressing on the side " request was ignored by kitchen and a redo was required. Our whole experience was saved by a very helpful waiter ( Artie) who tried very hard throughout. Not sure when we'll be back.

Once again it was disappointing. My favourite long term restaurant on the Northshore and yet the food was not good. Had eggs Benedict and asked for the eggs to be medium, slightly soft and runny. Got cold hard boiled eggs. Sent it back and second time around it was the same. Didn’t want to complain because the wait staff were actually doing their best. Clearly a problem in the kitchen. But our waiter saw the situation and gave us a 50% discount which was very gracious of them. Still doesn’t change the situation. Food is no longer good here. Sadly…have had multiple experiences of less than satisfactory food. No complaints with the service.

We were celebrating Birthdays and friends getting together! We all enjoyed the Prawns Clubhouse and a special Birthday dessert presented by the staff with a Birthday card! A very nice touch!!

Made reservations were given poor seating options even though it was not busy the whole time we were there many tables with better views stayed empty
