Batsi -Disappointing Experience I had heard such positive things about Batsi, so I was excited to finally dine there. Unfortunately, my experience was far from the glowing reviews. Firstly, the parking situation was inconvenient. Valet was the only option, or we had to park across a busy street, which felt unsafe. Upon entering, the hostess immediately focused on the small personal-sized cupcake I had brought, informing me of a $50 cake charge. This seemed excessive and frankly, a bit off-putting. Our server's demeanor was also underwhelming. She lacked enthusiasm and friendliness, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. The lack of tap water options was another minor but surprising oversight. We were charged $5 per person for Fiji water, which felt unnecessary. While the ambience of the restaurant was undeniably impressive, it wasn't enough to compensate for the poor service and unexpected charges. Ultimately, the experience fell short of expectations, and I don't foresee myself returning.

Cold in the restaurant, water in bathroom was freezing, servers were okay; some had terrible attitude. For tips to be my birthday dinner i wasn’t pleased overall. Defiantly could be better and 20$ for parking and valet is optional is insane

Nice atmosphere, food is okay. Drinks are extremely expensive but this is a place I would only go to for drinks. Food is not the best and service was horrible.

We arrived for our reservation, the wait staff was sitting by the door waiting for the customers. It was good to be welcomed by such beautiful smiles. We were seated and the server approached. I don’t recall her providing her name but she was super friendly. The ambience was nice and the music was okay. However, the food was extremely salty. We had the chargrilled oysters - my date couldn’t eat them. He released it back into a napkin. It was covered in salt. I had the stuffed shrimp with crab which was also salty, We requested to have a decreased amount of salt in our entree but to no avail. My date’s ribs came salty again. My pasta was overcooked and room temperature. We decided to get the check and proceed to another restaurant. However, we tipped the waitress because it wasn’t her fault. This place was recommended by a friend but I won’t return. You can try it though, they may have just had a bad night.

Ambience and entertainment was top tier ! We did have to wait a long time for food and our waitress was very slow and neglected to check on us multiple times . We had to ask for expected things like plates and napkins and silverware when food came out. I feel like if she was automatically going to get $100 + gratuity then the service should have been performed better.

Ambience was really nice and the food was good. The server was amazing but the drinks and food took an unusually long time to come out. It was hardly anyone there. It’s pricey, but I’d go back for special occasions.

Best night ever! It’s so pretty and my birthday dinner was nothing short of amazing. The Dj was on point and the host/MC was soo good. He was such a good vibe. Food was good and the dancers were so dope!!! We loved everything about and will definitely be back. Batsi was a VIBE!!!

For the price of the food, it's overpriced. The bartender could not make my specialty drink correct. My Chilean Bass was undercooked, and my plate of food came out cold. My husband's $55.00 steak came out well done, and he wanted it medium. They had NO Merlot. I'm one and done.

Atmosphere was fun, service wait time longer than expected especially since they automatically charge 20% gratuity. Portion sizes are meh. Drinks expensive and not strong. Cute place for pics.
