The pasta dish order was obviously microwaved and very bland. The very middle and bottom of the pasta was scalding hot while the rest was cool. When turned over the shape of a container was so obvious The carbonara sauce based pizza tasted very eggy, and I am sure there was a blob of uncooked egg white on top. The "prociutto" was chewy as can be. Will not go back. Will not recommend.

Unfortunately on the day we booked there seemed to be staffing issues. A third of the menu wasn’t available. The service wasn’t great. The food that we did get was average. This is the first time I’ve been to Gusto & the reviews I read prior to making the booking didn’t match my experience. This may have an unfortunate day to make a booking but we won’t be back.

I'm was very DISAPPOINTED. Poor selection of food. My son is allergic to shellfish. My daughter in law doesn't eat pork. Especially did not cater for children. No traditional Christmas anything. Had to ask waiters to clear table for space. NOT WORTH the price paid. Will not recommend.

Bar Gusto was advertised as an Italian styled Christmas and menu's were online with the selections on offer. Nice enough place. Food was good. Wine list poor. The staff did a great job looking after us but it does lack atmosphere. However, we were there on a Tuesday night so weekends may be different. Under the beautiful fig tree is nice!

Limited range of menu options, all were good sized servings. There was spicy chilli in the seafood pasta - not mentioned on the menu. No table service and clearing of dishes slow. Redeeming factor - free desserts on Tuesdays! Lovely place to sit under the fig tree on a round table

Beautiful pizza and a nice setting outside under the fig tree. The staff are great - very friendly and switched on. Basic wine list, but we picked a nice SA Shiraz to drink with the really good pizza! It's a great place to pop into before or after an event - there are lots of event venues around there and it's well placed for that.
