Bacari Silverlake is a Venetian-inspired small plates restaurant featuring Mediterranean-influenced dishes by Chef Lior Hillel. We are the 5th restaurant of Kronfli Brothers, a family-owned, growing group of restaurants in the Los Angeles area. Alongside our delicious tapas, we offer a rotating curation of small-production wines and eclectic beers, unique craft cocktails & mocktails, and we are also known for our one-of-a-kind 90-minute open bar special.

Our team provides warm hospitality in our indoor lounge & bar, or in one of many tree-house-like outdoor patios, all marked with rustic mediterranean decor. You will feel like home when dining at Bacari Silverlake.

We welcome but do not require reservations — we love to accommodate walk-ins and large parties, even on busy nights. Bacari Silverlake is the go-to spot for our neighbors, and we look forward to hosting you soon!

I made the reservation for us to celebrate our 9th wedding anniversary there. On the reservation I made sure to mention the occasion and also mentioned that we have a 4 month old with us and we will have a stroller with us. The sitting space that was assigned to us was supper uncomfortable and small. We tried to ask the hostess for a better spot but it was not honored to us. The food we ordered was avocado toast we requested pouched eggs they came supper cold and tasted really bad, and coffee was also served cold. We literally had to leave in about 45 minutes since we were feeling so uncomfortable sitting on that spot as we were blocking the walk way. Our experience of our first anniversary with our newborn was ruined because of poor accommodations and poor service.

Bacari is one of my favorite places and I am so glad that I do not have to leave my neighborhood to enjoy it. On the flip side, I am always happy to share the experience with new people, as I did tonight— the food, the vibes… it never disappoints. Thank you again for a lovely evening.

Loved the atmosphere. Food was super heavy and many dishes came with the same heavy sauce. Loved serval that didn’t have the sauce. Recommend you create lighter versions using the good seasoning and leave the heavy oils and sauces in the side.

Good ambience and cocktails! However the portion is pretty small and the scallop and pork belly were a little salty. But Sea bass is really flavorful and love the lamp with hummus!

The service was great! The food was just okay, nothing all that remarkable. The scallops were over cooked and the sauce was very bland. The Brussels sprouts were hard and again pretty tasteless, I seriously doubt there was any pomegranate syrup used in their preparation. The shawarma tacos were tasty, but some of the chicken meat was burnt. The humus and muhammara combo was the best of the lot, especially with the freshly made pita bread. The whole dining experience was heavily affected by the noise level which was really insane. I could not talk with the person across the table from me without having to shout. My ears were still ringing even after leaving the restaurant. The traffic noise walking along Sunset was a welcome respite from the din of the restaurant.
