B&B Butchers & Restaurant ist ein klassisches Steakhouse der gehobenen Klasse mit traditioneller Schlachterei. Es befindet sich am aufstrebenden East End der Washington Avenue, nur Minuten von der Innenstadt entfernt, im historischen Dittman Building. Gäste können das elegante Ambiente und eine Speisekarte mit bestem Texas Rind und japanischem Wagyu Rind geniessen, sowie USDA Rind bester Qualität und 28 oder 55 Tage im Betrieb an der Luft gereift. B&B ist eines der nur 9 Restaurants in der USA, die von der Kobe Beef Association in Japan zertifiziert sind und 100% authentisches Kobe Rindfleisch mit A5 Zertifikat von 100% Tajima Rindern anbieten. Jeden Samstag und Sonntag wird im B&B Brunch serviert, sonntags sogar mit Live-Musik auf der Dachterrasse. Die Gäste können herzhafte und klassische Brunchspezialitäten geniessen, Gerichte mit besonderere Note und dazu eine Auswahl an frischen Cocktails nach Art des Hauses. B & Bs Booze & Bites Social Hour Menü, das montags bis freitags von 15- 18 Uhr in den Bars im Unter- und Obergeschoss, sowie auf der Dachterrasse serviert wird, hat preiswerte Snacks, Texas- inspirierte Cocktails, sowie Bier und Weinsorten.

    It took them three times to get our steaks the correct temperature. It shouldn’t be that difficult to serve a steak at medium temperature, especially at that price point. We decided to have our anniversary dinner here tonight and the meal was less than desirable. The manager and our waitress brought a nice anniversary desert which was nice, but at that point our dinner had gone down hill pretty fast. I was really hoping for a better experience after hearing so many people say how great the food was. Hopefully it was just an off night.

    I had high expectations for this place with so many great reviews. It was average at best with above average prices. Service was extremely slow but it was not super busy on a Sunday evening. We were sat on top of other 2 tops on the long bench type seating against the wall although normal tables were available & empty the entire time we were there. The couple sitting with us (joke) made a comment about that too....we did make friends , LOL. My husband's drink was never refilled, our waiter was barely seen, it took 2 hours to get our main entrees for the two of us, 15 minutes to even have our drink order taken. The tenderloin in my beef very stringy and rough for that cut of meat. Our waiter knocked the salt shaker off the table at first arrival, picked it up, put it on a dirty table, but never brought a new one. It was my birthday & would have liked to order dessert but my butt hurt from being there so long and I was scared it would take another 45 minutes to order its, get it, and pay the bill. We spent $400 for the two of us before tip, that was with one cocktail, and it just didn't feel like that amount of special compared to other similar places. Never once was anyone in management seen or did any manage come by table to ask how our meal was going.

    Our service was great, food was good, drinks were yummy. The mixed berry butter was absolutely delicious. The bread service is amazing. The pork chop was really good. Rigatoni was really good. We got the bacon appetizer and were a little disappointed - it would have been better crispier.
