Join us for a special evening at Aurum Food & Wine Steamboat. Dine and enjoy Steamboat's best view of the Winter Carnival fireworks display right above Howelsen Hill. Reservation guests will have exclusive access to our upper deck to watch the show. Reservations will go fast. After the fireworks, join us in the lounge for live music with Brad & Jody of Chamberlin Birch. Show begins after the fireworks, around 9pm.

As a frequent Aurum diner, we enjoyed our meal and had solid service once again. Hit up their happy hour, and surprisingly it wasn’t very crowded over MLK wkd. Not sure if cold snap or timing, but was nice not being rushed and they accommodated moving us in the bar area. Burgers, sprouts, wings, truffle fries, all very tasty.

Just a great overall experience. The food was wonderful. The Scottish Steelhead arrived skin on and perfectly cooked. Crabcakes were awesome. Drink menu was somewhat typical as far as old fashioned, martinis, gin drinks but with nice variations in bitters and syrups used. Elevated the bar experience for sure. The atmosphere was warm and cozy. We will be back.

Our food was fabulous and service on point. My shrimp and grits were delicious and my husband loved his elevated burger. Our plane landed late and I appreciate that they accommodated our need to push our reservations back!

Interesting menu, and we are still learning what we like best. So far the Burger outdistances the majority of items, and the Bib Wedge is excellent.

This restaurant was highly rated, especially for allergies. Online the fries say “gluten free” so I ordered those with my steak, per the servers suggestion. Came out 20 minutes later when we were expecting our food and was told they weren’t gluten free what else did I want. No recommendations made for substitutes, knowing I have an allergy. My steak was also rare. I was never asked how I wanted it cooked. Was NOT going to send back but the staff insisted. Came back with more sauce but not more cooked. My bf did not enjoy his meal either and he is not picky at all. Disappointed for how much money we dropped. Much better places to eat in the Boat.

The food was amazing but the tempo of the service was a little off. We were seated in the bar and that may have played a factor. Our meal at Table 79 was far better. There was also a lot of ice at the entranceway that should probably be scraped away before someone slips.

Prefixed menu for new years and ran out of bone in elk and soup. Portions were generous. Should have included champagne toast for late night seating and menu substitutions.
