Das The Dining Room at Castle Hill Inn ist seit über einem Jahrhundert die Kulisse von unvergesslichen Anlässen in einem historischen Herrenhaus aus dem Jahre 1875. Das Forbes Four Star Restaurant präsentiert ein Menü zu einem festen Preis, das die Talente von Chefkoch Lou Rossi und dem Küchenteam zur Schau stellt. Our Tasting menu is $165 per person. We ask that you provide a credit card at the time of booking to secure a reservation. If you fail to cancel at least 48 hours in advance or fail to show reservation time, the credit card on file will be assessed a $50 per person cancelation fee.

Absolutely amazing experience- food was out standing- spectacular view of the sunset-extremely knowledgeable staff regarding every food item and wine selection- we did the 6 course experience and it was worth every penny! Highly recommend.

It was such a divine experience from start to finish. The food, wine pairings, and service were impeccable. My husband and I truly enjoyed our dining experience at Aurelia. We are looking forward to coming back soon.

What a lovely evening. Amazing dishes. Wondered staff. Every course was a treat. It was a real pleasure. No rush. Perfectly paced. They made it an evening’s entertainment.

Aurelia at Castle Hill Inn: A Refined Culinary Experience with a View: Nestled within the stunning grounds of Castle Hill Inn, Aurelia offers an intimate, romantic dining experience with an unrivaled panoramic view of the ocean. From the moment we stepped into the dining room, the ambiance set the tone for an evening of elegance and quiet conversation—a rarity in many fine dining establishments today. The atmosphere was peaceful, allowing us to fully enjoy the company of our friends and the unfolding courses before us. One of the standout elements of our evening was the impeccable service. The staff was attentive without being intrusive, striking that perfect balance of hospitality and professionalism. The sommelier, in particular, was both affable and impressively knowledgeable, making excellent wine pairings that complemented each course seamlessly. As for the menu, it was a delightful journey through a variety of flavors, offering seafood, game bird, and beef options. While I personally enjoy seafood, a couple in our party do not, and we all went in aware of the menu’s general direction. That said, we were somewhat surprised by the amount of raw seafood in the early courses—most notably the scallops. It was a bit unexpected, and we found ourselves wondering about the chef’s vision for that dish. But as the meal progressed, it became clear that the intention was to stretch our palates and present something outside of the usual expectations, a creative exploration of flavors and textures. That’s the beauty of Aurelia—the culinary approach is thoughtful, intentional, and designed to push boundaries while maintaining an exquisite standard of quality. Even when a dish sparked conversation or curiosity rather than immediate satisfaction, it was clear that the chef is deeply committed to delivering a unique and engaging dining experience. My wife and I have long loved Castle Hill Inn, and the main dining room holds a special place in our hearts. Bravo, Staff!

Our Aurelia fine dining evening was a beautiful 2.5 hour six course experience with servers and sommeliers who are knowledgeable and engaging throughout the service.

I usually don’t take the time to write reviews but Aurelia more than deserves this one. In a sentence, I see why they have two Michelin stars. The sign at the door tells you all you need to know. Everything from start to finish was fantastic, the food, the staff, and the prestige wines were even more fantastic. I know Michelin says a two star restaurant is only “worth the detour” but for us this one was the destination, and it didn’t disappoint.
