                                                                                                      The worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant….. From start to almost finish. Parking was absolute shambles, then to find a queue outside the door whilst entering. To then find out people at the bar have been waiting for over 2 hours for there tables that where booked. Finally reaching the front of the queue already 45 minutes later than our actual booking, staff then say it will be around 1 hour 30 minutes wait. And that the roast dinner is no longer being served. Which was the only reason we came. Absolutely ruined Mother’s Day, as it’s not like you can walk into to anywhere else. Would never return after this experience. Most staff members where totally out of there depth and extremely rude.

                                                                                                      The atmosphere is beautiful. The interior is amazing. The food is fantastic and service is superb. We really enjoyed the night and the service. The drinks were lovely and strong. We will definitely be returning. It was my friend’s birthday and they gave us complimentary desserts. Thank you so much.

                                                                                                      Ambience very good. Was very noisy. Vibe was decent, but could’ve been a lot better. Some of the women waitress just didn’t seem too bothered. Apart from the waitress that helped and made effort for my wife’s birthday and surprised her with a cake. Waited far too long for our main course to arrive. A table that arrived after us, got their food fairly soon (either someone known or regular customer) Overly priced.                                                                                                       Absolutely fantastic service. Clean and most perfectly cooked food. Cocktails definitely are outstanding they are a must to try. Staff are all happy and obliging. Parking attendant outside to help you park and to keep an wte on cars. Nothing is no problem for Array xx most definitely 5stars.

                                                                                                      Booked array for my son’s 18th birthday dinner . Firstly I have been there before and was not happy with their services both times so divided to check website information before booking. It clearly states on their site that service charge was for groups of 6 and above, from Fridays to Sundays and also bank holidays. We had been charged for dinner of 2 and 5 people previously. On this occasion we were again charged £24 service charge which the manager started shouting from a distance about the charge being compulsory! I stated the fact that their website info says otherwise to which he explained they had lost the website password and could not change the information! Secondly services is slowwwwww you wait half an hour to even get drinks and have your offer taken when the restaurant is not full. I will advise them to check out aspera in benfleet they do a fantastic job! Don’t think I will be returning, cos spending nearly £300 and getting shouted at is not the best. On their website mocktails are priced as £7 but in the restaurant menu they are £10.
