Erstaunlich schlechter Service, vom „Einchecken„ neben dem knatternden Generator auf der dreckigen Strasse bis hin zum unverständlichen Kellner, der auch keine richtige Lust hatte. Schade, das Essen war absolute Spitze, leider konnte man es aber auch nicht richtig sehen, bei Schummerbeleuchtung mit einer Kerze. Die ganze Athmospäre war dahin, auch weil zusätzlich noch irgendwas in der Ecke verbrannt wurde.

Just a stellar experience from the moment we were seated - a stunning space with kind servers, modern-yet-rustic ambiance, and some of the best dishes I’ve eaten in my entire life. Worth every penny.

Excelenteeee!! Que comida maravilloso, sinceramente compliments to the chef and team. Super creativo, el taco de cangrejo es imperdible, su textura y sabores increíblemente creativos y sabrosos. La única cosa que baja la reseña no es ni siquiera su culpa, y es el vecino que es tannnnn escandaloso que arruina un poco la vibra del lugar e interrumpe la experiencia.

The best culinary experience in Tulum. The service, the space, the presentation, the kitchen, and THE FOOD. Everyone leaving the restaurant kept saying how amazing it was in the street; and they were right. Totally delicious and detailed. Book a reservation now. It’s sooo good! Loved the he entire team. They were friendly, and proud of their work.

El lugar es muy bonito, el servicio excepcional, la comida buena pero esperaba en ciertos platillos un sabor excepcional.

** Michelin Guide ** not ** Michelin Star ** TL:DR 1.5 hours of broken dreams and heartache, no drinks and no food. Party of 4 for my birthday, ARCA did not give a fk about our reservation made week in advance. Upon arriving we were rudely told to wait in a huge line even with the reservation. We waited on the street for 20 mins before they told us we could go to the bar and wait for our table there. No space at the bar so we sat on some couches, in the end they should have just served us there. We were not offered drink service at the waiting area so we split our group and squeezed in at the bar to order drinks for our party, the bartenders took our drink order, 20 mins later still no drinks, so we ordered again with a different bar tender, another 20 mins and the drinks never showed, while we were failing to order drinks the rest of our party notices multiple tables getting seated that were behind us in the line. The place had a great atmosphere, it was busy and extremely well staffed. We didn't expect it to get worse. 20 more mins of waiting around with nothing and we announced we are leaving, they said no and that suddenly there was a table ready for us... we were hungry and i really wanted to believe, so we sat down and the waiter was great, but he explained that because we arrived so late, the kitchen was out of most items on the menu... we did not arrive late, we got fked around for 90 mins... so we ordered drinks and discussed whether it was worth it as we were all starving, 10 mins later still no drinks, we finally had enough and left to get pizza and go home. A really awful experience and funny enough the reason I chose to fly to tulum was to enjoy birthday dinner at ARCA ... I had heard such good things about it, so much for that plan. I understand that good places can have bad nights, but the level of this experience was beyond a one night mistake. Will not be back.

Very good atmosphere with excellent service. The food was hit and miss with some items, the sea bass, being spectacular but the wagyu falling short by a long shot (chewy and needed cut which is not wagyu level steak) and some of the food being over salted. However, the staff heard our feedback with openness and removed the cost from our final bill.

They were having a team meeting and making social media content and did not open the restaurant until 15 minutes after the reservation started. They were then extremely rude; the first words out of their mouths were that we had to leave within 90 minutes. Incense was blowing in giant gusts into our faces from the fireplace. Two dishes were tragically boring, one was good. We didn’t stay close to 90 minutes. The first five were more than enough. Busboys were friendly.
