The service was really top notch with the Asian gentleman. He was very attentive and particular. The food served (chef tasting menu with wine pairing) was aesthetically pleasing to the eyes, delicious, and filling at the end. The wine pairing and explanation were top-notch. Everyone loves the clam chowder and all the food served. The only thing that bothered us was that the mandu sauce was sour. The dessert was great as well. All in all, I will be coming back here for my anniversary.

Absolutely fantastic experience. The chef’s tasting menu was delightful - the food was delicious and the courses were thoughtful. The ambiance was fantastic - a Sunday night so it was lively without being too loud. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable. Fantastic experience.

Food and table service were excellent. We waited ~10 minutes at the lower reception and the attendant never arrived, so we went up the elevator on our own without our traditional welcome sake/beverage. We mentioned it upon arrival and were told the hostess must have been in the washroom, and no welcome beverage was offered. After paying the bill and leaving a very good tip, the four of us waited at the restaurant reception for our checked coats while staff were just milling about the bar and after ~ 5 minutes we just went and got our own coats from the coat check area. Perhaps they were having an off night, but it was definitely not the attention to detail we've experienced in the past. Food and table service were both a five out of five while the reception and departure would have been a 1 or 2 at best. We will return, but if they have another "off night", we'll sadly remove them from our restaurant rotation.

Simply amazing and a very tasty chef’s menu. Very nice touch to offer a welcome drink for the elevator ride up to the restaurant. A very unpretentious sexy cozy vibe. Go for the tasting menu, you won’t regret it. The food was outstanding and the views breathtaking!!!! We will definitely return.

If you are allergic to sesame seeds and are planing to spend the rest of the night in the hospital definitely go to AP restaurant. My guest specifically mentioned that she was allergic to sesame seed and the server responded they won’t guarantee there won’t be any sesame inside the food with some scene of humour that we believed he was joking of course because food allergies are the matter of life and death and not something to take lightly. The first course came filled with sesame seeds so we mentioned it again and it was taken back to the kitchen. Finally once we were ready to order desert our guest started having reaction so we asked for the bill and no one bothered to come to our table to address the issue not even the manager. We paid and I personally went to the manager to talk to him the response that I received was he has food allergies as well, the kitchen said there was no seeds in the food and he is aware of the food allergies and handed me the business card of the manager. Extremely disappointed! My family owned 2 restaurants on Yorkville and King street for 5 decades and we took food allergies very seriously. Definitely the staff need more training. I would never go back to AP after this experience. The sad thing is that this place used to be my hang out place before AP when it was Panorama and I remember always having the best experience every time I brought my guests there.

AP is not just a restaurant it’s an experience. It wasn’t busy so it was quiet. The view spectacular a clear night and of course the food delicious. I always enjoy the tasting because I get to eat with the chef thinks I should eat and last night was no exception it was perfect. It was my friends birthday. We’ve done this experience before and she really enjoyed herself. Connor was our server and if possible, I always request him because he’s amazing.

We came for our anniversary dinner, got placed in a section where it was only us and no good view. When we asked if there are any availability on the CN tower side the host just simply said no and walked away without properly checking. We have seen a lot of people getting tables on the other side. Server was good but did take a while to get a drink order. Ordered a Makers Mark Manhattan but got charged a Woodford Reserve Manhattan instead. Instead of rectifying it, justification was provided on how they were the same price.. clearly it wasn’t. We have been here before but this time wasn’t up par with the first visit. Won’t be back anytime soon.

Amazing food and service! We were greeted by friendly staff and a small glass of soju. We were seated immediately and our server, Mariusz, was lovely. The food was fantastic and beautifully presented. The cherry blossom soju was SO GOOD! Overall, would recommend and would return.

The place was amazing, and the food was excellent too. The DJ and music were fantastic. However, there wasn't an option on OpenTable to choose the table location. So we couldn’t get a window side table. The server was very friendly. I went for New Year's Eve, and it's a family-friendly venue.
