Christoph is the legend who brought back this remarkable winery in Alto Piemonte after its dear owner passed away. Just an hour north of Alba in Piedmont, Boca is notable for their survival of pre-phylloxera of native varietals like Vespolina & Croatina. Joined by Chef Chad Colby who has formulated a beautiful tasting menu complimenting the traditional winemaking from this special mountain hamlet of Boca.
