    Join us for Valentine's Day at Antico Nuovo! Four-Course Pre-Fixe Menu $135pp (plus tax and gratuity) with optional add ons and specialty dishes from Chef Chad Colby just for the weekend!! Friday, February 14th & Saturday, February 15th. Open from 5:30pm and last reservations at 10:00pm. Credit card is required to make a reservation and only available thru OpenTable. Cancellations less than 48hrs will be $75pp Tables for parties of 2 are reserved for 1.45hrs Tables for parties of 4 are reserved for 2.25hrs A 20% gratuity for the service staff will be added to all checks for these nights.

    Focaccia and ice cream were very good. Next time I would go for a later reservation to avoid being rushed out.

    exceptional food, terrific service, lovely ambience - great for a family or date - would highly recommend. we only had appetizers, pastas and dessert - no mains - but all was delicious. ricotta was delicious, pasta with sweetbreads a favorite.

    The host at the hosted stand is a very awkward and rude guy. Kind of vicious. The waitresses were ok. Not that nice. The food was good.

    Absolutely loved every second of our meal, we were celebrating a birthday and last nights being home all together, so a wonderful experience! However, in full transparency the male host was incredibly cold and teetered on rude, I had called a little earlier to inquire if we could move our reservation up a little if there was availability and he responded not with a yes or no but “You’re penciled in for 8:45 so that’s it”. I was unsure if I missed something on the phone or if I heard incorrectly so I asked the same question again thinking maybe we had a miscommunication but he met me with the same energy and was again incredibly rude. We completely understand not being able to move our reservation but it came off disingenuous. When we arrived at the restaurant, early yes but we knew we would have to wait he was still cold and again a little rude. The hostess however was nothing short of amazing, I called before to ask about the corking fee and she was bubbly and kind! The service aside from the interactions the male host had with us was outstanding though!

    The food is very good. It’s for sure designed for parties of 4 or more people (i.e. large portions). The weird thing that bummed us out was when a FOH person dropped the check (in a wooden Laguiole box) at our table without looking at us or saying anything. Just no cares or hospitality towards us. Really weird vibes, like hurry & GTFO.

    As expected the food was amazing. A little pricey based from the portions of the pasta especially. The bread from the chicken dish can be omitted (unnecessary and heavy with "grease"). Foccacia bread for starters was my fave. Ambience was interesting in a good way, subtle & classy. Just really tight in terms of space. Service was my problem. We were never approached to ask if there's something we need or how are we except at the end when handing out the bill. While we saw other tables being approached. We even had ro pour our own drink a few times. Being in a minority race and not coming from "money" this is something we can be sensitive about because spending hard earned money in a great place like this is something we prepare for and look forward to experiencing.
