Amelia's Wood Fired Cuisine was opened in 2017 by owner Amelia Eesley, a long time restaurant professional, who wanted to bring to Tulsa the dining experiences she loved while living in New York. Since then Amelia's Wood Fired Cuisine's has succeeded in producing top notch seasonal cuisine lead by Chef Andrew Donovan. The experience at Amelia's blends the open wood fired kitchen with the beautiful candle lit ambience of the dining room; setting the stage for romantic nights, special occasions and celebrations. On April 3rd we will be joined by iconic winemaker Nick Goldschmidt. He will be onsite to talk about his many experiences making wine around the world. Nick's wines will be highlighted by a special five course tasting menu exploring Amelia's new spring menu which will be released the first week of April. Tables are available from 5pm to 8:30pm. We are serving tasting menu format so guests can book an individual table and go at their own pace. Cost is $150 wine and tasting menu and $100 tasting menu only, prices are calculated before tax and gratuity of 20%. Please mentions any food allergies at time of booking so we can prepare a suitable substitution. We cannot accommodate last minute substitutions the evening of the event. Mother in laws birthday. Everyone was attentive and wonderful. Taylor was amazing. Everything we ordered was exceptional. Cozy atmosphere. We Will be back

I was thrilled to have a late flight the other night—it meant I could savor the delightful second night at Amelia’s. If you’ve read my previous review, you know how much I adore this place! This time, I dove into an array of new dishes, and once again, they absolutely nailed it. Honestly, I’d hop on a plane to Tulsa just for the chance to eat here again!

I can’t stop raving about the incredible meal I had last night—seriously, it’s been on my mind nonstop! While in town for business, I decided to carve out some "me time" and treat myself to an unforgettable dinner at the chef’s counter. Honestly, I told my wife this might be the best meal I’ve had in the last two years! The decor and ambience were nothing short of perfect, and sitting at the chef’s counter added an extra layer of excitement—I loved watching the culinary magic unfold right in front of me. There were so many dishes I wanted to try, but I had already indulged quite a bit. I kicked things off with roasted carrots accompanied by a decadent cheese fondue. Oh my goodness, it was a flavor explosion! Then came the pièce de résistance: the roasted beet salad. This salad was, without a doubt, the best I’ve ever tasted, and as a self-proclaimed foodie who often dines out six times a week, that says a lot! For my main course, I opted for elk tenderloin, which was cooked to perfection. Just a heads-up, though—if you’re looking for a juicy, tender steak, elk is incredibly lean and might not be your top choice. And let’s not forget dessert! I couldn’t resist the chocolate pie, and it did not disappoint. It was absolutely divine. This dining experience has truly changed my perspective on Tulsa; I'm starting to like this place even more because of it!

The food is creative, tasty, and plentiful! Excellent portion sizes. Staff was wonderful. I got sourdough to bring home, they forgot the butter. :-( The chevre cheesecake was yum! The carrot appetizer was so good! Could be a meal on its own! So happy to find this gem while in town.

This was our first time there and man, was it good! We had the bread, scallops, and carrots for apps. Followed that with a delicious beet salad. Entrees were the elk and seafood ravioli. Yum yum!! We drank a bottle of Pellegrino sparkling water. Total with tip was about $240. Well worth it!! This was their winter menu still. I look forward to coming back for future menu offerings!

Always one of my favorite restaurants in Tulsa! The food is so well done. Great wine by the glass selection, crafted cocktails are amazing and the staff is all hospitable! Ambiance of the restaurant is very giving and comfortable.

Good food very good wait staff, they take care of me and the wife well. I enjoy this place as much as any place in Tulsa. Chef’s counter is the best seats in the house if it’s just the two of us. Amelia and her crew are top notch.
