This culinary experience is created and curated by Michelin-starred Chef Silvio Salmoiraghi and our executive Chef Fabio Pizzigoni. It takes place in our Private Dining Room, where you will enjoy a special and unique dinner while watching our team. Our Chef will prepare and personally serve you an 8-course tasting menu that will take you on a gastronomic 3 hour journey throughout the countries and cultures that shaped Chef Salmoiraghi during his career. We also offer a special sommelier-curated wine pairing, cocktail pairing and an extensive à la carte wine list.
