Tenemos muchos años de poder degustar los platillos creados por los chefs Shal y Quetza y siempre nos sorprenden! Esta ocasión no fue la excepción: la tostada de papada una explosión de sabores!! El pork belly en su punto con todos los acompañamientos : una delicia !! Gracias por consentirnos con el vino espumoso y el mezcal para celebrar nuestro aniversario !! Sin duda siguen siendo los mejores en Puerto Escondido y uno de nuestros favoritos ! Ansiosos de poder regresar pronto!

First time at a Michelin star restaurant and it was amazing! From beginning to end; service, drinks, food, presentation, flavours of the food, complimentary starters and chocolates with the bill…DIVINE!!

By far the best meal we had on this trip to Mexico, both in Oaxaca and certainly in Puerto Escondido... delicious! The menu and food are elevated, thoughtful, and sophisticated without being stuffy. New flavors, new textures, interesting takes. The staff were friendly and welcoming and service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. I live in NYC and my brother lives in LA - we’re both spoiled with great dining options in our home towns, and we’re hoping to return for another experience before we leave in a few days.

Excelente concepto y servicio! Recomendado al 100%. Los ravioles se tienen que pedir a fuerza y el lechón también!
