Wonderful Mexican food from a great team. Delicious margarita and unobtrusive but attentive service. It’s a great if different successor to the late lamented Aleph.

We had the most delicious breakfast. Gaza scramble. Sooo yummy. We are so sad to see this beautiful restaurant with its beautiful people are closing. It’s heartbreaking to see them closing their doors and hoping to have them back somewhere and soon.

It was a bittersweet experience dining for the last time at Aleph. This is my favourite restaurant in Vancouver and I’ll miss it a lot. All the best in their future endeavours.

Aleph: please reopen soon! Such a wonderful restaurant. Delicious, imaginative— and vegan! — food. Servers and chefs who seem to love their jobs and to be happy introducing diners to the cuisine. Good alcoholic and non-alcoholic wines available. And very reasonable prices! A neighborhood gem.

Absolutely brilliant dinner! We are SO gutted that this incredible gem of plant based dining is closing. Aleph holds so much value for the city of Vancouver, I wish the restaurant had reached out to their community a year ago to try and get ahead of their debt problems. I honestly believe we could’ve come together and helped them pull through. My partner is not vegan, and mentioned three separate times how amazing the flavours and dishes were. I have never had a bad meal from there, and we will both miss this restaurant dearly. Thank you so much for the amazing food and the dining experience, not just last night but for the many years Aleph has existed.
