   We love this restaurant. Typically I like to sit in the raised alcove with Italian painted scenes on the wall. However with my husband’s hearing deficit, there is a lot of noise…so we sit in the other areas. The food is great. I consistently choose the calamari piccata, love the capers! We had appetizers of beef carpaccio and fried calamari, along with a lovely wedge salad. Excellent food, great service at reasonable price! The only reason I gave it 4 stars on the food was my husband ordered the beef special, which the waiter said “thin strips of beef wrapped with prosciutto and mushrooms, instead it was ground beef, and more like a meatloaf..disappointing to my husband…

   Always wonderful! Staff is professional and friendly. Caesar salad is the best I’ve ever had. I always look forward to my favorite Calamari piccata dish when we go there.

   Great place for lunch but a tad bit loud. Found it hard to hear my friend as a table next to us was extremely loud. Food was very good, service four-star and prices so so…

   I've always had a good dining experience at this restaurant on several occasions and at different times of the day. Before the remodeling and covid, I enjoyed this place. The staff and the food really do speak for itself.

   Such a nice experienced celebrating our 19th anniversary, the food was good,it was the best Parmesan veal I tasted. Service was great, our server was attentive to our needs. Good ambience , fried zucchini was very good.we ordered pana cotta for dessert and it was tasty. I recommend the place.

    Sorry to say that after many positive experiences, my recent lunch this past Friday was a poor one. I was disappointed that no one read the notes that it was a birthday celebration and that the request to sit in a certain area was unaddressed. I was told by the owner there was only one waiter and he could not walk that far between areas. This one waiter was virtually non-existent. It was not that busy yet it took a long time for him to acknowledge us. When he did, he seemed distracted. When the food came. four of the entrees were ok but two were horrible. Not one time did the waiter ask if everything was ok. The eggplant lasagna looked like someone had covered it in a mass of cheese- it was unappetizing and bland. The shrimp in my fettucine pasta was so hot I burned my mouth even though the pasta was lukewarm. After a very long time, plates were cleared by the bus girl who was trying hard to keep up. Not once did I see the waiter help. There were also the owner, a host and another guy who looked like a manager who did not help at all. The coup de grace was at the end. The waiter never came back to present the bill. I had to hunt down one of the managers to get it. It seemed as if no one cared that they were open. As we were celebrating a birthday, I did not want to say anything in front of the other people. 20% gratuity was automatically added which I feel only the bus girl deserved. I am sad about this experience as I have always enjoyed this restaurant. At this point, I am never going back.
