A great restaurant meal can be an act of storytelling and transportation. Sliding onto a stool at a bar, being met with a classy and silky martini punctuated with a briny olive, is there to prepare you for a plate of finely-shucked oysters that were bobbing in the Atlantic 36 hours ago. In this moment the noise and cacophony can melt away, your phone finds its way back into your pocket, and we find communion with those of us on our left and right.

We place a premium on doing the work to find producers, growers, and ranchers that have values that align with our own. It’s our desire to bring food to your table that speaks to its sense of place and time, and to be able to bring the connection to those producers to a higher level of consciousness.

Best restaurant in Denver. We tried multiple places over our weekend trip and nothing compared to this restaurant. Food was exceptional. The tri-tip was amazing. Staff went above and beyond, and was extremely helpful and nice. If I ever go back to Denver. This will be the only restaurant I eat at.

Absolutely an incredible dinner! We started off with the Poutine and Pork Belly, the. Dove right into the 30oz bone in NY Strip with the fried Mac and cheese croquettes and pork and kimchi fried rice. We also selected the Thai Chili and Hous Chili crunch sauces as an accompaniment to the steak.(which was not entirely necessary, but added extra flare and spice to the steak. Sadly we were far too full and could not entertain even the thought of dessert. But we will definitely be back. The cocktails were well balanced and decently priced given the aesthetic and our own expectations. Overall for two people going all out $383.00(gratuity included) was honestly and totally worth it. We will definitely be back! And soon! Incredible experience!

This a great restaurant- ceaser salad to split (very big) was great. Warm Bread was great! I had the Picanha steak which was fabulous! I will order again. Also has the tritip steak which was ok. Liked the fillet better last night. The new chocolate dessert was ok. The old chocolate dessert was much better. Mark the maganger was very helpful and friendly during our visit. Wait staff Ash is a great waitress with relentless energy! Very fun! Ask for her. Carolos was a pro in taking care of us. We will be back and loved the up stairs area!!

Not your ordinary steakhouse experience! With French and Vietnamese influences...there are lots of delicious surprises! Be sure to try the pork belly with bok choy salad and the cabbage is amazing!

Super expensive cool experience but way over priced and they add a gratuity for 2 people 20% of the bill 95 dollar tip forced on customers

This was our first time at A5 and wow we were thrilled. Every staff member was so welcoming. The ambiance was exquisite. Our waiter Carlos was so knowledgeable and guided us through the menu and cocktails. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and the celebration was wonderful. Highly recommend.

Here it is: The steak (bone in NY) was phenomenal and cooked exactly as ordered. Service was perfect. Cesar salad could have been better. Ceviche appetizer was excellent. Overall still a 5 or 5+. Be aware, this place is not inexpensive. You should know before you go. But ... go.
