Our largest private dining room seats up to 54 guests while the other two accommodate up to 10 guests each. All of our private dining rooms offer a rustic-luxe ambience perfect for any celebration, event or special occasion. Additionally, 97 West Kitchen and Bar offers two unique Chef’s Table experiences, complete with fully customizable menus and beverage pairings. Our indoor Chef’s Table option seats up to 12 guests at a custom-made table in direct view of the exhibition kitchen, which allows for one-on-one interactions with Chef Grant. The outdoor Chef’s Table option seats up to 14 guests and is located along Marine Creek under a beautiful pergola and crystal chandelier, surrounded by lush greenery and our herb garden.

Good dinner with friends. Prime rib and filet were excellent as usual. Kitchen honored special requests about splitting dishes and the plates were equally beautiful. The overall experience was good but the acoustics in the dining room are not conducive for easy dinner conversation. It was very loud/noisy which required some use of our outdoor voices and leaning across the table to talk.

This restaurant is phenomenal. This restaurant is highly recommended, online and locally. The service was amazing, beyond amazing. We ordered a salad, a steak (Coyboy Ribeye - OMG perfect) a side and a desert. They split everything between us when it came out which was perfect. Everything was delicious. The wine and beer selections were top notch and it was the perfect spot for a romantic dinner or private business meeting.

Had a great night. Ally and Joesph were awesome. Wish I would have found this places sooner in my trip. Food was on point but for me it was the time they spent having a conversation and interacting with me. Great service will trump good food always. Will definitely be coming back.
