Our largest private dining room seats up to 54 guests while the other two accommodate up to 10 guests each. All of our private dining rooms offer a rustic-luxe ambience perfect for any celebration, event or special occasion. Additionally, 97 West Kitchen and Bar offers two unique Chef’s Table experiences, complete with fully customizable menus and beverage pairings. Our indoor Chef’s Table option seats up to 12 guests at a custom-made table in direct view of the exhibition kitchen, which allows for one-on-one interactions with Chef Grant. The outdoor Chef’s Table option seats up to 14 guests and is located along Marine Creek under a beautiful pergola and crystal chandelier, surrounded by lush greenery and our herb garden.

                                                                    It was my first time to brunch at 97 West. The hotel is everything Texas and absolutely beautiful! The restaurant located within the hotel is stunning as well. Service was prompt and adequate to start, but did fall short during our meal. I think our server must have gotten busy but did come back to check in so no love lost there. We shared the bacon and cornbread and it was delicious. The guys ordered the brunch burger and were very impressed. I ordered the tostadas and my friend had the poached eggs dish. Both our entrees came out kinda cold so that was a bit of a disappointment. Overall, I was very pleased with our experience and look forward to going back.

                                                                    Our waiter was excellent and attentive A+++++++! Food was superb and delicious! Cocktails were also fantastic!! We enjoyed our dining experience at 97 West Kitchen & Bar. Beautiful decorations & lighting for the holidays! Highly recommend!!!!!!

                                                                    Great experi3nce from top to bottom as usual. Prime ribs and filet were fantastic and cooked to perfection. The Brussel sprouts were amazing. We topped it off with the Mexican Bread pudding.
