when the food finally came, it was mostly very good, but it took 25 minutes to get a cocktail, and we were sitting at our table for one hour and fifteen minutes before we got something to eat. When our Ceviche appetizer finally came, it turned out to be boiled shrimp sitting on tomato salsa. Both the shrimp and the salsa were very tasty, but it wasn't what most people would call "ceviche". The Wagyu steak main dish had very little beef flavor, and was totally overwhelmed by the garlic in the sauce. We will not be back

Works of art! We had a meal of appetizers and salad, and they were all presented so beautifully. Tasted wonderful. Service was impeccable. Loved it and will be back!

First, I would say, we would go back. The food was well prepared and the menu is a little different which we were hoping for. We went on a Saturday night and the restaurant was full. It was on the loud side - they would benefit from some acoustic tiles on the ceiling or something. Staff was very friendly and knowledgable. We tried a few apps and did not care for the steak tartare; felt it needed more chipotle, or more seasoning/flavor in general. Cocktails were fun and different.

This is our favorite place in the suburbs. Amazing food, staff, and ambiance. We’re regulars for Sunday breakfast and love taking friends and family here for dinner. They’re always blown away that such a unique place exists just a short walk from our house!

What a gem in Downtown Glen Ellyn. Service and food were outstanding. We each had a signature cocktail and then shared three appetizers. We had the mussels, steak tartar, and the Wagyu meatballs. each dish was beautifully presented, and the flavors of the sauce and the main ingredient were on point. It was our anniversary so we were treated to a piece of chocolate cheesecake on the house. We went on election night and we were the only table at 6:30, the staff said that’s about what they expected considering it was raining and election night. Needless to say the service was warm and friendly. The chef came out and warmly greeted us while this might not be the cheapest place in town it more than makes up for that in quality locally sourced ingredients. 504 kitchen is definitely a cannot miss if you enjoy a good cocktail and outstanding food.. my understanding is that on the weekends It gets pretty crowded but during the week it’s quieter and we really appreciate the fact that you can make a reservation.

The steak tartar was the best my husband and I have ever had! As someone who needs to follow a gluten free diet, there were some very tasty choices. Wonderful service and an intimate yet fun and vibrant ambiance. We will be back!

The experience was great - service was exceptional, food was excellent! The restaurant is lovely. Our reservations were for 7:30 PM and the only thing was it was very noisy and hard to communicate. I will definitely return, for breakfast, lunch, and try again for dinner, but at an earlier hour to avoid the noise level.
