Hot Springs Premier Steak and Seafood Restaurant. Offering USDA Prime Beef, Fresh Seafood, an Oyster Bar, a Fantastic Wine list and a Bourbon Bar with over 300 Bourbons, the largest selections in the state.

Some of our signature dishes are: The Boursin Filet, Truffle Chicken, and the Double Cut Pork Chop.
Our seafood lineup changes daily because we source seafood direct, our Purveyor provides us with the best product they have availably, and our Chefs use it to make unique and delicious dishes.

Our Main Dining Room is Upscale, Intimate and Romantic. The Bourbon Bar area is Rustic, Comfortable, Classy and Vibrant. We have a Beautiful Patio (must be 21yrs old to enter), great place for before or after dinner cocktails.
Hot Springs National Park and Oaklawn Racetrack are just minutes away.

I appreciate that this restaurant is trying to provide Hot Springs with a more Dallas-style restaurant offering…but the menu prices are really overpriced and paired with a few super cheap and chintzy decisions you wouldn’t see at a place like Nick and Sam’s in Dallas or Reata in Fort Worth. Neither would charge 3.5% to use a debit card to pay for the meal. Neither would charge $3.50 for ‘bread service’. Neither would set up the à la carte prices in such a way that simply swapping out sides for established entrees cost upwards of $20 or more. The ambiance doesn’t match a $400 meal for 3 people (and only 2 cocktails) either. The upstairs is too brightly lit, with a sports bar featuring multiple big-screen TVs. The place settings and tables are closer to a hotel restaurant than a 5-star establishment. It’s worth noting that between local taxes and the ridiculous credit card charge, fees totaled $60+ for a $300 tab. It’s not a terrible place at all. The food was very, very good with high quality steaks good perfectly. The service was likewise great. They simply need to fix the value equation.

Hands down, the best steakhouse experience we have had. Our waiter was amazing and recommended the best bourbon. The food was immaculate. Our steak and chicken were so tender and cooked to perfection. The experience was definitely worth the price. I wish we lived closer so we could experience this more often. We will definitely have to return in the future.

501 Prime never disappoints. It is our favorite destination for celebrating our most special occasions. From the smoked duck egg rolls to the squash soup to the Boursin filet - every bite is poetry on a plate. The chef’s vision translates to a dining experience that is hard to find elsewhere. The locally sourced produce adds just another layer of deliciousness that’s hard to find in other restaurants. We appreciate the thoughtfulness of the staff in celebrating our anniversary and making us always feel like valued guests.

Service was great, atmosphere was great, drinks were delish. We had a party of two. The apps and dessert were good, and my fiancée loved the chicken entree. I ordered the burger and it was pretty insignificant as I feel like it should have came with a sauce on it instead of packaged mayo/mustard, so wish I ordered something else. Otherwise, great experience

It was my husband’s birthday. The staff had placed a birthday card at our table. That was a nice touch.

Absolutely incredible experience at 501Prime. The oysters are so fresh and amazing. The mushroom appetizer.. one of the best fried mushrooms we have ever had. The soup, salad and snapper were phenomenal. Rose was a fantastic server, so attentive, had great recommendations and made our night so special! Highly recommend!
