We feature fresh local ingredients from seafood to produce which is selected daily by our Chef and his talented team then prepared in our scratch kitchen to ensure an exceptional experience for our guests.
Our Angus-Verified steaks are supplied by a U.S. family farm from cattle raised humanely on an all-Vegetarian diet.
Our steaks are 28 Days or more, Wet or Dry Aged, and hand selected to offer both U.S.D.A. Choice & Prime cuts.

    Based on the pictures online, this is a beautiful restaurant however it fell short on food and quality. Had chicken that was the size of 1/2 my palm and very dry and overcooked for $26 and Sweet potatoes were cold. Table next to me sent their steak back. Not a busy restaurant but very nice. Services and drinks were great though.

    My guest never received her meal & the manager had zero urgency to get her a replacement Filet after the 1st one was so over cook the meat looked gray

    the restaurant was nice, however the food was not that great!....way to salty.... the waitress was terrific... the meal was not cheap and I expected everything to be delicious....the rolls were awful... we had the wedge, filet and a drink...oh the drink was way toooo strong....nothing was great and the meal was $180.00 for two....

    I’ve heard such great things about this place and their steaks. So my friend and I went. I have to say I was really disappointed in the food. It was a Saturday at 5 pm, an early dinner for us, and we were the only ones in there. So it wasn’t like the kitchen was slammed. We both got the 7oz filet mignon. Mine looked good although her cut looked terrible almost like a steak patty where mine was nice a plump. The mashed potatoes were cold and again we were the only ones there. So a big disappointment and not a place I can recommend or want to go back to unfortunately

    I took flack from my family once they saw the restaurant was in a Double Tree but after the meal they were quite surprised. This is a great restaurant for the value and the service was excellent. I have have a lot more for less. Recommend you giving it a try.

    Restaurant was empty, 6 pm on a Friday. too quiet, no music or anything in the background just silence. server was very inexperienced. Food wasn’t bad, what I can say is the steak was cooked perfectly, and the fried calamari was good. Not a place I’d go back to

    Terrible experience. Took 1 hour and 45 mins from arrival time to get our food. The steaks were all over cooked and the sides were cold. Restaurant wasn’t even busy. Would not recommend.

    Place was clean, service was quick and polite. (Evette was awesome). Menu was limited and different from the online menu. Food was well prepared and tasted good with the exception of the mashed potatoes which were bland and seemed like instant. Bill with 2 cocktails and 1 dessert was very reasonable.

    We recently dined at 390 Prime, and I have to say, it was one of the most disappointing experiences I've had at a restaurant. From the moment we walked in, there was no host to greet us, leaving us standing awkwardly at the entrance. After finally being seated, we quickly realized that there was no manager in sight to address any of our concerns. I actually had to search for a manager later in the night when the experience sank faster than the titanic. The service was painfully slow, with our food taking over an hour to arrive. When it finally did come out, my steak was overcooked and far from the quality I expected. The entire meal was sent back, I didn’t get anything to replace it, and they tried to charge me with it. Many other food issues as well (can’t list them all). To top it all off, I overheard staff discussing giving discounts to customers in exchange for 5-star reviews. This left me questioning the authenticity of the positive feedback this place seems to boast. Overall, I cannot recommend 390 Prime based on my experience. Save your money and go somewhere that values its customers and provides a decent dining experience. Complete failure of a restaurant. Also good to note it’s our 4th try and all 4 were terrible and this was the worst.
