   Service war unterirdisch bis garnicht vorhanden. Fast 15 Minuten hat sich niemand um uns am Tisch gekümmert. Dann wurde die Bestellung kurz aufgenommen ohne uns die Tagesspeisen, etc. vorzustellen. Danach wurde nur ein von 2 Getränken serviert. Erst auf Nachfrage kam das Glas Wein. Das Essen wurde falsch in der Küche bestellt, so dass wir erst nach 45 Minuten unser bestelltes Essen erhielten. Dieser Service passt nicht zu den Vorgaben und Erwartungen eines solchen Hotels.

   Our server was very nice and the dining room was beautiful and pretty quiet for how busy it was. The meal itself was really overpriced for the quality. The lobster mac and cheese tasted like butane (guessing it was toasted with a torch) and the broccolini was cold. It all seemed like it was premade and reheated in a microwave. Not what you’d expect from a resort like this.

   Jessie, our server was amazing!! She made sure we had everything we needed and gave great advice on food & drinks. We will definitely be back and give her 5 stars as well!!

   Our waitress Jessie made the whole experience worthwhile. The food was just okay which was a surprise considering how expensive it is. You’re paying for the 1902 experience rather than just the food.

   Yikes! For a $40+ per entree, this place is soooo bad. Old bay shrimp cocktail had no actual old bay seasoning on the shrimp, and the shrimp was oddly watery. I knew that the entrees were going to be bad when they were served literally 5 minutes after putting in the order. That means everything is premade and sits either in the oven or under the heat lamp until it’s time to serve. My braised short ribs over mashed potatoes were ok, I make better pot roast at home, but at least my entree was edible. My partner’s cod was a small unseasoned crusty piece of fish on top of warmed up frozen veggie medley. Not a drop of salt or any other seasoning on it. Completely inedible. It was so bad. I’ve had better food at a hospital cafeteria. For how pretentious this place is, requiring you to dress up for dinner, it is absolutely comical that they serve you this absolute slop at exorbitant prices…

   Always an excellent experience to visit here. Wait staff is top notch. Food is always fantastic. Only minor complaint they are charging for parking now for everyone so if you are only arriving for a meal you might end up adding $20 to your bill unless you want to park about a 15 min walk away down the hill.

    This was a beautiful restaurant. The staff was very professional and couteous. The food was delicious. And the view wonderful. It’s definitely a special place.
