18th & 21st brings something fresh and classic to Columbia, Maryland. Named after the Constitutional Amendment that enacted Prohibition and then subsequent Amendment that repealed it, 18th & 21st promises to bring back a bygone era through an elevated, tailored evening experience. Our food and cocktails reflect the feel of prohibition supper clubs. This not to say we're stuck in the past, but rather that we try and emulate the style of that era. That means beautiful presentation, careful crafting, and perfect pairings to keep your night on beat. Combined with live music, this creates an unparalleled experience for the discerning and adventurous looking for a sophisticated evening. Due to the nature of the experience at 18th & 21st we request that all diners be over the age of eighteen.

Join us in 18th & 21st for our New Year's Eve Dinner. We will have seatings from 5:30pm - 7:00pm and 8:00pm. - 9:30 pm. We will be featuring a Four Course Prix-Fixe menu, beverage service is in addition. Pre-Paid reservations are required and the $135 price include Tax and Service on the food portion of the evening.

The service was excellent and very attentive. The food was great but the portion isn’t very large for the price however the quality and taste were incredible. The crafted drinks tasted great. And most of all the music was amazing and set the best ambiance. This is a great date place.

Food, ambience and service were incredible. Some minor issues with the host and mixup with our reservation that we got resolved after 10 mins. Great food and experience will be back again soon.

The service at 18&21 is some of the best in Howard County. The food is well curated and the drinks are well crafted. If you’re looking for a place to relax and unwind or celebrate with friends 18&21st is sure to have something for everyone!

The food, service, and atmosphere were all excellent. The timing of the arrival of our food from appetizers to dessert was perfect. The placement of our plates and attention to detail was superb. My wife and I felt truly cared for and we never felt rushed to eat and depart, but only to take the time to enjoy ourselves in the moment as the piano played softly in the background. It was a truly relaxing and delicious experience.

The only dark cloud on this evenning was NO LIVE JAZZ as advertised ! I was made aware by the hostess as to why this was not available; however I am looking forward to making a return visit nonetheless!

The staff is excellent! They are VERY, VERY, accommodating. They will bend over backwards to make it happen for you. I really appreciate all of the hard work they do and how they do everything to make your night a special night. I highly recommend them!!

We had a great experience. The food was delicious and our server, Angel, was excellent. The live jazz created a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. We plan to return very soon.
