By working with single-herd producers and staying true to traditional methods, Mellis has expanded across Scotland, supplying top restaurants and delis. Their knowledgeable team is passionate about sharing their expertise, making every tasting an educational yet relaxed experience. Hosted by Mellis themselves, the event will feature 6 carefully selected cheeses, each perfectly paired with 3 exquisite wines. Their passionate host will guide you through the informal, informative tasting, helping you discover new flavours and combinations.
