Celebrate St David’s Day with an unforgettable evening curated with Katherine Jenkins. In collaboration with Executive Chef Jack Smith, she has crafted a menu inspired by her Welsh roots: Starter: Cockles, smoked pancetta & laverbread on sourdough Main: Manuka honey & lavender glazed Salt Marsh lamb with braised leeks Dessert: Welsh amber tart, orange & chamomile cremeux, bilberry ripple ice cream As the founder of Cygnet, The Voice of Luxury Gin, Katherine invites guests to raise a glass to its launch. Cocktail pairing available for £45. The evening will feature a String Quartet from the Royal Academy of Music, where Katherine studied, followed by party band New Atlantics til late.

Leider sehr enttäuschend. Der Service war nicht wirklich gut. Aber das schlechteste war das lieblose geschmacklose Essen. Zu schlecht, zu teuer. 600 £ für ein 3 Gänge Menue für 4 Personen- total überteuert. Leider kann und werde ich dieses Restaurant nicht weiter empfehlen.

Man hat bei einer normalen Reservierung leider nur ein 1,5 h Zeitfenster, somit muss man sein bestelltes Essen herunterschlingen und hat das Gefühl, dass man gleich vom Platz verwiesen wird. Das Essen an sich hat eine gute Qualität, bis auf das Rib - Eye steak von meinem Mann. Die Stimmung war großartig, Livemusik und die Atmosphäre haben uns gefallen.

Great for a vibey, drunk night but not great for a Galentines or First-date 😆 food was great, smaller portions, was about £80 per head for a main, side, drink, water and service. I went for a Galentines with 6 girls we were sat towards the back near the stairs. Could not hear each other AT ALL - had to shout to hear each other. Service was 10/10

The night was supposed to be special as it was not only the first valentines with my partner but also her birthday. When emailing about her birthday and the availability for a cake or similar this was coldly ignored and I just received an email back from the reservations manager that the deposit had been received. No response or acknowledgment of my request (even if it wasn’t possible). This should have been a warning sign on things to come. When arriving on the night we were walked to our table,m and once sat realised our table was very wobbly - not the tolerable kind. We waited 20 minutes before my partner - on her birthday - had to go up to the front desk to report this and also ask for someone to even come and serve us water… about 5 minutes after returning from the front desk the server came and ask if we would like drinks, we informed them that we haven’t even had water yet, the manager came to see us shortly after and tried to fix the table and kindly gift us a glass of bubbly each. The table still wasn’t fixed and we had to get up to report this again, to which we were told someone would return which they never did. After waiting ridiculously long time to receive our starters we realized we were not severed our first course and of course had to get up to report this again. No one checked in on us once, not once. Every interaction with waiting staff had to be sought after, I’ve never been one to complain and it pains me to write this but it was a horrible experience on a day that was supposed to be so special. After eating our lukewarm mains, a manager came to ask how we were and my partner had to let out her frustrations. With 10 minutes left of the set we were seated at the front - which was nice for 10 minutes - before having to wait again for 30 minutes to get the bill. When we received the bill the deposit wasn’t removed and indeed the above average 15% service charge was left on that we had to ask to ask to be removed. The man taking payment scoffed.

It was a mistake booking Valentine’s Dinner here if you’re planning a romantic evening. Any other night, I’m sure its alright. I knew it was a set menu but didn’t realise that some popular dishes were for 2 people which doesnt work with my husband & I. The headline live music was not to my liking either. They are talented musicians but for me they should be playing somewhere else & not in a restaurant. The service I can only marked 3 out of 5. No bread & butter offered inspite of the side plates. I can go on.

When booking table, I let them know Leigh has coeliac disease And it was my birthday Unfortunately, they seem to have no knowledge of either Given the bread that she could not eat but to give her appropriate butter And her choices were very limited I booked this table went over a month before Expected more disappointed

We had the most beautiful Valentine’s Day. Great food, impeccable service and elite ambiance. Really impressed and highly recommended.

The food and ambiance was amazing! It was a really busy night, so the service was slower but the staff was working very hard to accommodate the large volume. Would deff come back! Great place!

3rd visit & it never fails to live up to its reputation. Every night is like a Saturday night. It’s alive and buzzing and the food is tops. Don’t go if you want a quiet evening!!!! Service is beyond and it delivers so much atmosphere. Keep up the good vibes Quaglino’s We love it x
