   The place was set-up like a 1920's jazz bar. The music was great. The drinks were good. We set at the bar so we were not able to order food only bar snacks which we thought was odd. However, the atmosphere was electric and we would definitely go back.

   We arrived with a very warm welcome at the desk and shown to our table for drinks only. Unfortunately that was the only warmth we experienced from the venue. Being a cavernous space the lack of any heating made it very uncomfortable to enjoy drinks in the bar. Perhaps blankets could have been issued. Wait until the warmer months to visit. So we huddled round a dark table with scarves wrapped round. On the drinks front, we asked for a Quaglino’s Martini which we were all sure we’d had on several previous visits over the last 5 or so years. The bartender nor the manager (?) had no idea what that was so after attempting to explain what it consisted of unsuccessfully we opted for the less painful option (once we knew this was going nowhere) and went for a classic martini which was served up very well. We assumed all drinks were hard coded and no room to be flexible even though we said we would pay for the additional ingredients. All in all a beautiful venue let down by the cold atmosphere.

   We didn’t eat here so I cannot comment on the food. The bar was busy and full of life and you could see the band very well. Only comment I’d make is that it was quite cold as the bar is near 2 exits but I did go in December.

   Was on a lovely date. We went for drinks post dinner. Very busy plus noisy! Still fun but bit hectic!

   Ideal for a good night out with friends and/or family (i.e. birthday celebrations, milestones, etc...). Not too loud not too quiet. The mocktails are really good and the waiters and bartenders super friendly. I would highly recommend sitting at the bar or right in front of the stage, if possible.

   Recommend the Bar & Big Band on a Saturday. . Wonderful entertainment, dancing and nice crowd

   Flight was delayed, so I didn’t have a chance to change before my reservation. Found some of staff a bit dismissive of me at first considering I was dressed casually. Ordered a premium cocktail and was asked if I was aware of the price, which was quite rude. Wasn’t very good either. However, as my server interacted with me more it did turn around. Worked around my food allergy, which was greatly appreciated. And when I switched to my usual drink order, it greatly improved. Beautiful interior and the live music was sublime. In the end, I was happy with how it turned around. The live music and atmosphere would encourage me to return.

    Rude and petty security guard stood in front of us and blocked our view from the performers. We politely asked him to move over but guess he didn't like Americans telling him what to do. He told us he has to keep the walk way clear but he could of easily done that standing against the pillar. People would come and stand there then he would stare at us. He was creepy he followed us around I even have a picture of him staring and me.
