They closed off the pizza /quick service section to increase dining room space, but it was soon poorly and was very crowded with no room to move. Our waitress was patient with our 3 year old but a bit flighty and didn’t bring his requests in a timely manner. Food was ok, but we chose standard pasta dishes and not any of the specials which looked wonderful. Since we were with a preschooler, we opted for standard pasta dishes that would heat up well at home in case we had to leave mid-meal.

My mistake. Our salads arrived and within a few minutes, the entrees were delivered. My error was I should have sent it back. I appreciate quick service but that was not acceptable.

We have gone here a number of times before this experience and have rated it very well across the board. Good is great. This time our bread was not fresh. Surly reheated that it was hard. This was the loudest this place has ever been for us. The noise from the kitchen the cleaners all around us and an extremely loud group at the other end of the dining space. We felt rushed and forgotten.

I found this restaurant on my "Find me Gluten Free" app. We were in Hershey for a competition and this was an amazing find. I made a reservation for 9 people and they had a wonderful back room area where we sat. They called to confirm our reservation and asked me if we needed gluten free menus. I almost cried. They have gluten free menus AND they brought gluten free bread to the table for my daughter. It was simply a joy to see her so happy. The food was great but the dedicated GF menu and awareness of GF needs was just amazing.

Woderful service and excellent food! Only opportunity to improve is concerning the noise level- WAY TOO NOISEY. Did not feel relaxed in conversation at all. Maybe a boothratherthan a table woul be better? Noise level negatively impacted the ambiance.

The food and drinks were excellent. Service was also very good. Server took the time to talk with us and make a quick connection, which seems rare nowadays. Will definitely return.

Highly recommended. What a treat to find an Italian restaurant that does gluten free this well. The food was excellent (including the desert!) and the service was excellent too. A definite gem worth appreciating.
