5 stars across the board. First time visit to Catalu, and we will definitely be back. This place has checks all the boxes of a fine dining restaurant without the pretentiousness that is often part of the fine dining experience. The tapas was spectacular and paella was even more delicious. Our waitress (Angie?) was affable and knew the menu backwards and forwards, although it was her first week of employment at the restaurant. Very pleasant, indeed. We look forward to booking at Catalu again very soon.

This visit was our first time eating at this restaurant (it was my birthday). The steak I had was cooked to perfection. This is the first time I’ve ever gone to a restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed steak. My spouse on the other hand, didn’t enjoy his. But we informed our waitress and she made it right. We both left happy and full. We will definitely make this restaurant one of our frequent spots.

Our dining experience at Drift was great! The environment was very lovely and energetic. The food portions were great and it helped that we had an awesome server by the name of Jerimiah. He was very knowledgeable of the menu and made great suggestions. We also enjoyed his signature drink! We will definitely be back once the weather gets better so we can enjoy the outside water view! We went for Valentine's. It's not our first time. The food is wonderful! Everything tastes fantastic, and the presentation is outstanding. The service is a little slow, but the quality of the food is worth the wait. The lighting could be a little less bright, but it seems authentic Greek. We will be back.

Great experience. We liked the ambiance of soft light and a warm feel to the restaurant. Dan did a good job serving us. The Bronzino was perfectly cooked. The chicken and spaghetti was given a two thumbs up by a 100% Italian who knows her pasta and sauce. The Tinezzi Corvine wine was palate pleasing and paired well with the food.
