It's a great, popular spot for a happy hour with co-workers, a birthday celebration, or pre-gaming. Food and service are excellent. Wide variety of alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages. They have an extensive tequila menu. The noise level is moderate, but I was still able to hear most of my group. Of course, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays will be the busiest. If you prefer a quieter, less noisy period I went on a Tuesday night and while it's still busy, it was easier to get a table and it had a lower noise level. Reservations are recommended for busier days or with parties of four or more OR if you don't want to wait long for a table (which is common in any popular NYC restaurant.)
