We first curate the wine list which includes 65+ wines by the glass and then design a food menu that specifically complements the wine. The kitchen is led by Executive Chef Julian Silvera who spent his early culinary career in restaurants in his native NYC. I celebrated my birthday with a group of 8 - it was an experience like no other from entering into the establishment to the end with the group of waiters singing happy birthday (Stevie Winder version🥰) and presenting me with a slice of butter pecan cheesecake - we all enjoyed our meals and can't wait to return

Tri-tip is a bit tough. There is a fine line between grilled and burnt shrimp and they seem to cross over to the latter more often than not. Service and ambience is great though.
