Born in a family with a passion for Gastronomy and Oenology, we opened our first French Wine Bistro, Cepage[s], in Notting Hill, London in 2014. Driven by the success of Cepage[s], my father Felix Cohen, who lives in Grenoble (French Alpes), came with the idea to open an authentic french cuisine restaurant in El Paso. What a gorgeous setting. The service was superb: the hostess was very knowledgeable about how to take the best photo of us and show off the Tiffany ceiling. Juan, our server, was savvy on the menu and well-versed in the wine. We had the Caesar salad and the bison short ribs -- well presented and prepared

The visit to the steakhouse was fantastic. The rib eye was cooked just right, juicy and full of flavor, paired with perfectly done asparagus that added a great touch. The mixed drinks were also amazing, well-made and refreshing. Definitely a place worth coming back to.
