Active and bustling, in the "Trattoria Style", this Woodbury location of Butera's offers quality food at a great value. Known for their generous portions of pasta entrees, grilled fare, and fresh fish, Butera's has established a fine reputation as a neighborhood place where guests often see people they know. It is owned and operated by Martin Butera, his wife Laurie, Martin's brother Gary Butera, and partner and chef Nick Zografos. The large open room is tastefully decorated with a traditional and contemporary mix, with rich dark woodwork and stone treatments, granite table tops, a wood and granite bar, fieldstone and hardwood floors, stone fireplace, exposed wine racks and a Tiffany style fixture at the entrance. I had a great experience at Butera’s. They were great with changing my reservation last minute and being flexible for accommodations. The food came out super quick and staff was readily available to help. This might be one of the best meals I have had out dinning.

Food was outstanding. It’s family style so you get really big portions. Service was great and management is very attentive. I highly suggest going there if you are in the area.

The lunch menu is outstanding! There were so many items that I would have loved to order. I had the shrimp with arborio rice, chick peas, and greens…. Scrumptious!!! Looking forward to returning and trying other dishes!
