At Bivio our passion is authentic Neapolitan pizza. Napoli... our love of the city, its cuisine, and in particular, its pizza is where our story began. We heard time and time again “It’s all about the dough.” True to Neapolitan tradition, and the passion of the pizzaioli, we construct our pizza using “00” flour from Naples, San Marzano DOP tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil, fior di latte or bufala mozzarella, and sea salt. Our dough is gently mixed using a 28 year old “lieveto madre” (natural yeast culture) then with intense heat is baked in our wood burning il forno. What a view on this clear night! Service, from valet, hostess, coat room, food runner, waiter, table clearer between courses all were friendly, knew the answers about menu and were all professional, warm and friendly. I cannot say enough about the menu, our salads and entree followed by shared dessert were plated beautifully, seasoned to perfection, and a delicious blend of flavors. I definitely recommend this restaurant for a diverse menu that would satisfy all in your party.

As usual, Laboratorio kitchen did not disappoint. The Sole was perfectly cooked and served hot over spinach and haricot verts…. And it was delicious. The appy’s and desserts were fresh and delicately prepared. Lastly, service was on point. Another great dinner experience, Bravo Laboratorio Kitchen.

My husband and I came for our anniversary dinner. The food was excellent. We were blown away! Staff was very friendly and accommodation. They gave excellent recommendations and in summary helped us have a truly special anniversary meal. We’ll definitely be coming back!

My second visit was nothing short of phenomenal, celebrating a birthday with my wife and family. The charming indoor atmosphere set the perfect backdrop for a memorable evening. The staff made us feel incredibly special with their warm, attentive service, and the food—wow! Generous portions of authentic Northern Italian cuisine left us all completely satisfied. It’s a true gem, and I can’t wait to bring my favorite wine and experience it all over again.
