Das Trinity wurde im Oktober mit dem gleichen Ethos, Kultur und Team wiedereröffnet, vor neuer, frischer Kulisse. Es behielt dabei seine Raffinesse und ist weiterhin ein bedeutendes Restaurant in Clapham. Der Essbereich im Freien bietet Platz für 24 Gäste. Im Speisesaal, der in sanftes Jadegrün und Blassrosa getaucht ist, finden 50 Personen auf Sitzbänken platz, die sich jetzt ein klares Bild von der offenen Küche machen können. Die neue Speisekarte bleibt Adams Kochstil treu und umfasst Interpretation der großen Klassiker in ungezwungener und aufgeschlossener Atmosphäre. Die Küche präsentiert ein Drei-Gänge-Menü mit sechs Vor-, Haupt- und Nachspeisen, mit jeweils unterschiedlichen Preisen. Die Weinkarte bietet weiterhin das großartige Angebot der „Chefs Weinkellerliste“ (Sie zahlen nur die Mehrwertsteuer und eine Entkorkungsgebühr). Im Hauptweinkeller auf der ersten Etage tragen 400 neue Weine zu mehr Quantität und Qualität auf der Weinkarte bei.

Now, a few years later we have lovely local following that come in droves, especially at the weekend.Although open all year round, from springtime onwards you can sit outside on the terrace with a negroni, glass of prosecco or a craft beer and transport yourself to Italy, surrounded by festoon lights and olive trees.
