We founded The Bay Tree out of a deep love for real food, for food that is fresh and honest . Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays we adopt a 'order at the bar' service for all restaurant seatings unless pre booked party's of 10 or more. Please ask at the bar for more details on arrivalLocated on the ground floor directly off main reception Faradays offers a lunch menu from midday, and ala carte dinner menu alongside a selection of daily specials served each evening from 5.30pm to 9.15pm, which enables our of brigade of Chefs the opportunity to showcase their talents. The bar opens at midday and serves until 11pm after which time guests will be required to show proof of residency to obtain service. Bar closing time is at the discretion of the hotel management team each night. The patio overlooking the Waterfront provides panoramic views of the canal basin and should the weather turn inclement then you can still enjoy the outdoors in one of our new dining pods.

    First time visiting The Bay Tree and we weren’t disappointed. The service was both prompt and courteous. The food was served in perfect timing and the portions plentiful. The food was very well presented and was of excellent quality. The atmosphere was relaxed and unhurried, albeit the restaurant was very busy and the noise level just a little high. However, this did not spoil a very enjoyable Sunday Lunch with friends. We will certainly visit again. Excellent value for the whole experience.

    First visit to The Bell & Cross & it did not disappoint. Food was absolutely amazing, wonderful service by lovely staff. We will definitely be visiting again very soon.

    Great food and service. Quick service from friendly staff. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. e had Chicken Liver Pate and Lamb Koftas to start and then a Spicy Chicken Burger with fries & Fish & Chips. Didn't have any room for dessert.
