Ten years later it changed to the Prince of Wales and in 1965 became The Fox & Pheasant and we have no intention of changing its name again!Not only are we a snug pub in the winter with 3 fire places, a dartboard and dog biscuits for the well behaved companions (dogs)! A wonderful evening for a group of eight for drinks and side plates, seated in the bar area. Fantastic service, great atmosphere and friendly crowd. Despite being a busy evening with office xmas party bookings, we were so well looked after and the bar staff very attentive to our eclectic drinks orders! Highly recommend as a lovely locals pub and great for special occasions too.

We really enjoyed our visit to EFES. As always we received a warm welcome, without exception the team here are very friendly and attentive. The food was great, and our daughter the Birthday girl received a piece of chocolate cake, accompanied by the whole team singing and clapping to make the occasion extra special. Looking forward to visiting again with our friends in December.
