Das Essen wird frisch zubereitet und die Speisekarte wechselt täglich und je nach Saison. Der Fokus liegt hier darauf, angenehm, ehrlich und saisonal aber dennoch preisgünstig zu sein - das Team des Restaurants ist erfreut, bereits in seinem ersten Jahr vom Michelin die Auszeichnung Bib Gourmand für "Gutes Essen zu erschwinglichen Preisen" erhalten zu haben. Der Speiseraum im Obergeschoss kann für Hochzeiten, Taufen und Parties genutzt werden und gehört zu den besten privaten Räumlichkeiten, die man in London mieten kann.
