A new, growing-led “British Tapas” restaurant from the teams behind Chef's Table and Growing @Field 28. The menu features an inventive and daily-changing selection of vegetarian, vegan, meat, fish and game plates, each dish is crafted from Field 28's daily harvest of pesticide and biocide-free heritage produce and specialist leaf, served alongside a selection of hand-crafted cordials, cocktails and wines. The Country Living Magazine recommendation certainly didn’t disappoint. What an absolute gem. We had a superb evening. Faultless. The food was exceptional. Wine selection extensive. Service was fabulous. I would come back to Chester purely to revisit Covino!

The food was absolutely delicious ! Amazing value for money and the staff were lovely , service just right they gave us a bit of time between courses without rushing us through. Would highly recommend !
