Das 482 m² große Dressler's Restaurant verfügt über 130 Plätze und ist ein Treffpunkt im neuen urbanen, geschäftigen Einkaufszentrum Birkdale Village. Der Innenbereich ist dezent und entspannt; aber dennoch elegant. Die Wände sind mit warmem Stein, Erdtönen und Wasserspielen betont. Das Interieur wurde von der Ehefrau und Mitinhaberin Kim Dressler entworfen.
