Küchenchef Scott Hollingsworth, Geschäftsführer John Glenn und Barmanager Kevin McNamara arbeiten zusammengenommen seit 17 Jahren mit Besitzer Jon Dressler. Die Kameradschaft und Wärme sind von dem Moment an, an dem Sie durch die Türen gehen, offensichtlich. Ein zuvorkommendes Personal wird dafür sorgen, dass Ihr Besuch unvergesslich bleibt. Das 482 m² große Dressler's Restaurant verfügt über 130 Plätze und ist ein Treffpunkt im neuen urbanen, geschäftigen Einkaufszentrum Birkdale Village. Der Innenbereich ist dezent und entspannt; aber dennoch elegant. Die Wände sind mit warmem Stein, Erdtönen und Wasserspielen betont. Das Interieur wurde von der Ehefrau und Mitinhaberin Kim Dressler entworfen.
