The Four Seasons, which was the first restaurant in Staffordshire to attain 3 rosettes in 2015, champions first class produce from specialist suppliers backed by sustainable and humane farming methods. Great use is made of the abundance of vegetables, fruits and herbs grown in our own Victorian walled garden and estate-reared venison and rare-breed lamb features on the menu from time to time. Tasting and Vegetarian Tasting menus are offered alongside a Prix Fixe a la carte selection Tuesday to Saturday, whilst on Sundays there is a traditional Sunday lunch menu. A "4 for £40" tasting menu is available Wednesday and Thursday evenings as well as Friday and Saturday lunchtimes. Really love this place for Sunday lunch. They offer a wide selection of food as well as Sunday roasts but in the roasts they offer Chicken, Pork, Lamb or Beef. All Roasts come with roast potatoes and veggies as well as extra gravy (if requested). The staff are very friendly and efficient and there is a good amount of parking outside (private to the pub). Highly recommend!
