Es ist das einzige Restaurant in NYC mit einer Partnerschaft mit dem Monterey Bay Aquarium, das der nationale Marktführer in der Nachhaltigkeit des Meeres ist. Hier findet die #oystergram Happy Hour statt, wo jede einzelne Auster aus der Ost- und Westküste täglich zwischen 16:00 und 18:00 Uhr USD 1 kostet. Hand gefertigte Cocktails und Bier sowie Weine vom Fass versprechen ein festliches jedoch kuratiertes Getränke-Erlebnis. Die Weinkarte besteht aus meist esoterischen Weinen zu einem fantastischen Preis. Alle Desserts und Brote werden täglich im Haus zubereitet.
