The signature cast iron grill and the Josper grill, which was imported from Spain where Josper has mastered the art of cooking with coal and wood. We exclusively use Ebony Black Angus across our menu which is produced from carefully selected prime quality Black Angus cattle. Two brothers from the beaches set out with a goal to bring their take on American Deli style food to Sydney. Their artisan flavours are completely unique whilst still incorporating the classic New Yorker Deli techniques and experience.By using only the best free range and barley fed beef from Tasmania the boys have been recognised for their 12 hour smoked pastrami (the magic is in their signature salt brine consisting of 18 spices and original TBD's pastrami rub) along with their one of a kind slow cooked corned beef brisket and cold smoked pastrami lox. The boys are best known for their famous Reuben, smoked pork Cubano, the OG Corned beef sandwich, New Zealand Ora king salmon lox, homemade Russian dressing, Memphis style BBQ sauce and their original fermented hot sauce range.
