Gin & Cocktail Bar The original 1840s sandstone walls of the building Frank Mac’s now occupies a 120-person capacity bar which flows from outdoor seating on George Street, across two levels and into a back courtyard. For this calibre of restaurant I would have thought they would use fresh hand cut chips not frozen, it puts the quality of the dish down. Everything else was really good. We will return.

Our party of 4 had a fabulous dining experience at Hustlers. This is a very funky place, the service and ambience was fantastic and the food was delicious. Will definitely dine here again.
