Il ristorante Torre è ospitato al sesto e settimo piano del nuovo edificio che completa la sede di Milano della Fondazione Prada, progettata da Rem Koolhaas con Chris van Duijn e Federico Pompignoli dello studio OMA. Si presenta secondo la definizione di Koolhaas come “un collage di temi ed elementi preesistenti” che combina opere d’arte e arredi di design. La sala si trova al sesto piano e occupa una superficie di 215 m² suddivisa in due aree: il bar e il ristorante. I due ambienti sono caratterizzati dal contrasto tra le ampie vetrate a tutta altezza, che offrono una vista inedita della città di Milano, e i toni caldi del parquet, della boiserie in legno di noce e dei pannelli in canapa che rivestono le pareti.
