We had a fantastic meal and experience. Servers were attentive, friendly, and helpful. Appreciated the focus on local/Canadian ingredients and creating unique flavour combinations.

For some reason today was very noisy. A couple of groups all trying to see who could talk the loudest. Service was ok. Bartender messed up wife’s drink. She ordered a Caesar with just two ice cubes and drink was loaded with ice and no salted rim. Unusual for here. Was informed today the Riblets no longer come with dipping sauce for before 6:00 pm appt special Waitress said it was always this way but we come once or twice a month for the past 9 years and it’s the first time it’s happened. A little disappointed Same thing with yam fries. Gave us ketchup which we did not use and paid the extra for the dipping sauce. The food was great as usual. Looking forward to the St Patrick’s day menu. Love the burger on that one. They do the same with there wings also. No more ranch or celery when on special. We order our wings plain so have to pay extra for ranch dip but you don’t have to pay extra for flavoured wings. Guess will have to order ranch flavoured wings next time.

Nice looking place with great ambiance. Accommodating to dietary needs. Food was delicious. Just didn’t find that you got enough cheese to accommodate the amount of side foods you got with your fondue. When you add veggies and protein, you should get more cheese than you would get with just the bread basket. But all around, a yummy meal with great service.

Great night and looked after so wonderfully. Staff was very attentive and caring. Tried some new dishes and we were delighted.

Three of us celebrated a birthday and each one loved their choice of entree. They are on par with the best restaurants. Our favourite was the cauliflower appetizer. Wanted to lick the plate clean. However, if you're looking for quiet, private, intimate setting, this isn't it. They have a nice open seating (newly renovated) and service was good, but they are located in a climbing centre. Parking was limited in the parking lot but we all found street parking at no charge. I really hope the chef and staff of Approach will have great success. The food and service was terrific. If you want a casual night out with great food, I definitely recommend Approach.
