10/10 server who was managing the joint solo and doing an incredible job! Food is delicious, we love the Chelsea location and hope this moves to Williamsburg soon.

I havent been to Panca since i went there for my birthday celebration. My boyfriend and I went back there last night and ooppps i gorgot how much the pisco sour is so good.....we always get the same food but we decided to change and we werent disappointed...my fav spot to eat a traditional peruvian ceviche...
